Vacuum Web Coating Machine
Vacuum web coating machine or vacuum metallizer to produce packaging grade metalized films like BOPP, CPP, PET. Also metallized paper for applications like ciggrette wrapper, labels, gift wrapper. Other applications are hot stamping foil, polyester metallic yarn and holographic film for anti-counterfeit.
Additional to this catagory crucible type metallizer mainly used for making silver, gold and aluminum yarn by metalizing polyester films. Lastly we also can provide support on capacitor film metallizer. This is used for thin film metalizing for capacitor grade film.
Research and Development
Vacuum environment is and essential part in thin film coating process and surface analysis science. Chemical vapour deposition(CVD) and Physical vapour deposition(PVD) both have their pros and cons in Vacuum Technology.
